We are an age restricted community of 100 paired patio homes located in the SE corner of Marion County, Indiana. 

 

We have a Board of Directors elected at an Annual HOA Membership Meeting.  The Board is responsible for administering the duties described in our governing documents.

 

Lawn care (including mowing and treatment) and snow removal are provided by the HOA and are paid for by annual assessments agreed to at the annual meeting of our HOA Members.

 

 We also have an active Activities Committee which organizes a variety of community events. 

 

To help maintain the esthetic appeal of our community, we have an “Architectural Control Committee” that reviews plans our HOA Members submit for approval for any significant changes to their property.
